TidyVo LLC ships directly to physical addresses across all 50 US States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

2. Processing Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are processed and dispatched from our Seattle or regional fulfillment centers on the exact same business day. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays ship the following business day.
3. Delivery Estimates & Shipping Methods
Standard US Ground shipping delivers within 2 to 4 business days. Expedited 2-Day Air is available at checkout for guaranteed delivery within 2 business days.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Delays
Once dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your FedEx/UPS tracking number. Track real-time status on our Order Tracking Page.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives with damaged items or is marked delivered but missing, please report it within 7 days. We file carrier investigations and ship a free replacement immediately.
