TidyVo LLC ships directly to physical addresses across all 50 US States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

2. Handling Time
All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are dispatched the following business days.
3. Delivery Estimates & Shipping Methods
Standard Tracked US Shipping delivers within 5 to 8 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Total estimated delivery time is 6 to 11 business days.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Delays
Once dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your FedEx/UPS tracking number. Track real-time status on our Order Tracking Page.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives with damaged items or is marked delivered but missing, please report it within 7 days. We file carrier investigations and ship a free replacement immediately.
