Orders & Shipping
Where is my order and how do I track delivery?
Once your order ships, we send a tracking confirmation email with your FedEx/UPS tracking link. You can also enter your order number on our Order Tracking Page for instant real-time location updates.
What are your US shipping options and delivery times?
Standard Shipping is FREE on all US orders over $50 and delivers in 2–4 business days. Expedited 2-Day Air is available at checkout for urgent organization projects.
Can I change my shipping address or items after ordering?
Orders move to our automated Seattle fulfillment center within 1 hour. If you need to change your delivery address or items, please contact Live Chat or submit a support ticket immediately.
What should I do if my package is marked delivered but lost?
Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered 24 hours prior to final drop-off. Please check around your porch or building office. If it has not arrived after 24 hours, contact us and we will file an immediate carrier investigation or issue a free reshipment.
Returns & Lifetime Warranty
How does the 100-Day In-Home Trial work?
You have 100 days from delivery to test TidyVo storage systems in your home. If you are not 100% satisfied, submit a request on our Contact Page to receive a prepaid return label with zero restocking fees.
How long does the refund process take?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days of return receipt at our warehouse. An automatic email receipt will be sent once processed.
How do I file a claim under the Lifetime Durability Warranty?
If any TidyVo PET acrylic bin cracks or breaks under normal household use, simply submit a photo of the item via our Contact Support form. We ship out a brand new replacement bin within 24 hours.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
If your package arrives with damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days with a quick photo. We immediately ship a replacement order at zero cost to you.
